Frequently asked questions
Q: What should I wear?
A: We recommend wearing “paint clothes” which are clothes that you
won’t mind getting paint on. We provide
aprons and getting paint on your clothes would be rare, but it could
happen. Acrylic paint comes off of your
skin easily, but not your clothing.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 48 hours from the class time will
receive a full refund. Cancellations
made less than 48 hours of class time will receive a credit towards another class. No call/no shows will not be issued a store
credit or refund. Call 623-251-5566 (leave
a message if after hours).
Q: Can I just come in and watch and not paint?
A: For private parties you can as long as you are approved by the
party host. For public classes, we have
a “Non Observers” policy. It is
important for us to honor the comfort and safety of our students.
Q: Can I take left over alcohol with me?
A: Yes, as long as you brought it and are at least 21 years old
and have it in a closed container.
Q: Do you sell alcohol?
A: No. We hold a BYOB
special license which allows our students to bring your own alcohol.
Q: Do I need to sign up in advance?
A: Yes. We have 34 seats. You can purchase a class in
person at our studio or online. If you
decide to come last minute, give us a call and we will see what we can do. 623-251-5566
