Let us at Our Creative Escape help you host an unforgettable event! Plan a one-of-a-kind party for much less than it would cost to hold a private event at a neighborhood bar or restaurant! Just show up and have fun!

Booking a private party is a unique, fun & affordable way to celebrate any special occasion. Adult & Children's Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Party, Baby Shower, Girls Night Out, Church Gatherings, Organizations (Crop Clubs, Bunco, Girl Scouts), Co-workers, Graduation...whatever!

· The host receives a FREE seat in the class!

· You can choose the painting for your class.

· We can accommodate private parties of up to 34 attendees in our studio.

Private events have a standard time frame of three hours. Additional charges may apply if extra time is desired.

Your package includes art supplies: paint, brushes, aprons, easels, canvases.
Each guest will leave with their own completed 16 x 20 painting.

In Studio Events can be booked anytime we are not already hosting a class. Although, a private event can replace a regularly scheduled session, only if no one has registered for that class. If you are interested in a day we are closed, we will consider opening the studio for your event. Contact us and book early to make sure you get the date you want.

· 10 person minimum requirement for all day classes

· 10 person minimum requirement for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evening classes

· 15 person minimum requirement for Friday and Saturday evening classes

After 4:00 pm
, you are allowed to bring 750ml of wine (one bottle), 40oz of beer, or 4oz of spirits per painter. The BYOB license states that anyone drinking must be a painter/student and not a guest of the party.

You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to all events.

When you book an event at Our Creative Escape, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below:

* Reservations for private parties are based on availability.

* All private parties require a $150 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

* The remainder of the event balance is due no later than the day of the booked event, prior to the scheduled starting time. No coupons or discounts can be used at private events.

* If you do not have enough painters, you will be charged for the minimum person requirement

* Our events cost is $30 per person for a 16 x 20 canvas. Painters must be at least 10 years old.

* All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

* There is a 2 week cancellation policy for private events. If an event is not cancelled or
re-scheduled 2 weeks prior to the event date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
